General Questions....

Why is my card getting declined?

Most payments that are declined happen because of the billing address. Make sure that the billing address of the card you are using is updated and correct with the banking institution. It could be a simple fix, even a zip code.

What Payment methods do you accept?

We accept pretty much Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Apple Pay. GooglePay (GPay), META Pay, PayPal, and best of all is Shop Pay where you can make interst free payments on your purchase. The available payment methods will be listed at checkout.

How can I get the best size for me?

We have put much thought and effort into how to provide the best fit for our customers. We have created easy to read size charts for our products. We also have an apparel size recommender with simple measurement input from our customers. Feel free to reach out to us before you buy and we will help you with the best size option.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

This can be possible if you reach out to us immediately. If our team has not processed your order, we may be able to make necessary changes. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee. We are committed to getting your product to you as soon as possible. This means we are unable to modify or cancel your order once it's placed.  So, if there are address changes, or items need to be changed, we hope to have communication with you in time to help the best that we can.

Shipping questions....

When will my order ship?

It generally takes 1-2 business days for you order to be processed and 5-7 to get to your door.

Once your order is processed, we ship and you will receive tracking information.

We take pride in getting your order to you as fast as possible.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this current time, we do not ship outside of the states. We are preparing to open our business to all countries. It's important for us to understand how to better serve other countries before we offer our products. Please send us a quick message here and let us know what country you are shopping from and we can add it to our list.

Will my order be delayed because of COVID?

There may be shipping delays if your item is coming from our warehouse overseas. We will communicate that with you and and make the necessary arrangements to get you purchase to you as quickly as possible. When COVID is no longer a factor, we will have normal shipping options.

Returns questions....

Can I get a return if I do not like what I bought?

We have strict returns due to Covid. Items have to be unworn with original packaging and labels. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and it is still in the 30-day period from when you made your purchase, you can return your item. What If I didn't get my refund after returning my purchase?

If you did not receive your refund, please contact us so that we can check your order and make sure that we received it. Things happen and we are about taking care of our customers. So we will work it out.

Can I return a gift card?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
